The New Technologists™ (TNT) is an award-winning 7-week innovation academy in partnership with a coalition of tech companies for college freshmen and sophomores interested in pursuing a career in tech. The program inspires ideation and introduces various tools/programming languages, provides hands-on training and real-world experience with senior engineers, and teaches the skills necessary to navigate the professional world.

Developing essential workplace skills like effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership. Alumni will participate in interactive workshops and mentorship sessions to prepare for professional success.
TNT alumni will gain real-world experience through internships tailored to their skills and career goals. Participants will work on impactful projects, receive mentorship, and access career development resources like resume reviews and mock interviews.
Provides alumni with practical skills in budgeting, saving, investing, and managing debt. Interactive workshops and expert guidance will help participants build a solid financial foundation for personal and professional success.
